qa99 Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms apply to all services, games, betting, and financial transactions on the qa99 platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms in full.

qa99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one. In case of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements apply to creating an account and using gaming services at qa99:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must have the legal capacity to create and manage a valid account.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
• The user must have full capacity to place bets independently using their own funds.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

3.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Responsibility for any activity carried out from the account rests with the respective user. If unauthorized access is suspected, the qa99 support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

qa99 may request the following documents at any time for identity verification under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qa99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform uses secure SSL encryption to protect all transactions.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed from verified accounts
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit

4.3 Deposit Eligibility

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and law enforcement authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

qa99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these offers is subject to the conditions below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. If someone deposits ৳16,000, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies and the total balance becomes ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
• An account cannot claim more than one welcome bonus
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled after they expire
• qa99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without giving a reason

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on qa99 are operated under fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error during a match, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

All games including live casino, slots, and fishing games are operated through verified third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules and odds, which can be viewed before the game begins.

6.3 Bet Cancellation & Results

qa99 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of any technical issue, data feed error, or other unusual circumstances. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the user's balance.
